What is included in the price?

Toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels. A 50' OR 100' garden hose and electrical cord for hookup is provided if applicable.

Is delivery included in the restroom rental cost?

Delivery fees are included within a 30-mile radius from the City of Queen Creek. Additional mileage will be quoted depending on the location of the event site. Please see cities we service at no additional charge located on our "About Us" section.

How do I keep my restroom rental maintained during the event?

The Q's Luxury Loo rentals are virtually self-maintained. The customer is responsible for basic upkeep during events, such as adding paper products, when necessary, as well as wiping down the counters and emptying the trash. If gas for the generator runs low, customer is responsible during the event to refuel.

Are the Q's Luxury Loo Restroom Trailers climate controlled?

The restroom trailers have heat and air-conditioning for the comfort of your guests.

Where can the Q's Luxury Loo Restroom Trailers be placed?

Consult with Q's Luxury Loo to locate the best area. Ideally a restroom will be placed on a level ground with access that is not obstructed with low hanging branches, low hanging power lines or fencing. Safety for our customers is our primary concern and we will work with setting up the unit in the ideal location for your event.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines needed for the pathway leading to the location we want our Q's Luxury Loo Restroom Trailer set up?

The clearance needed to the location site will need to be a least 10' wide, clear from any low hanging branches, electrical lines or barriers under 14'. This will allow us to reach the desired location for the restroom trailer to be set up.

What are the water requirements for the portable restroom?

There are two options for water requirements for the Q's Luxury Loo Restroom Trailers. The trailers can be hooked into a normal water 3/4-inch connection via a garden hose. The second option is to fill the unit's fresh water holding tank for usage at an additional charge.

What are the power requirements for the portable restroom?

There are two options for power requirements for the Q's Luxury Loo Restroom Trailers. First option is to use a 110-volt outlet (or regular electrical plug-in). Second option, the trailers can run off a generator. (The generator would need to be filled by the customer if emptied during the event by the customer if more power is needed during the rental). Q's Luxury Loo will offer a generator for rent at an additional charge.

IMPORTANT:

A 50% deposit is to be made to Q's Luxury Loo, LLC at the time of scheduling the event date. The remaining balance will be collected by Q's Luxury Loo, LLC one (1) day prior to the event date.

Credit card transactions include an additional 3.5% service fee per transaction.

Cancellations not made at least three (3) days prior to the event date will be charged a $100 cancellation fee when the 50% deposit is returned to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
